Each flight is staffed with skilled medical professionals who are experienced in the special requirements of patient transfers and emergency air transport by air ambulance. Following our Medical Director's Inflight Protocol - an aeromedical services industry standard established by Inflight Medical Services International - all medical personnel are under a physician's guidance at all times. Additionally, each team member receives a complete patient briefing from the sending medical facility. This ensures the most professional, reliable and individualized care throughout the entire air medical flight.
